The resort boasts 30,000 square feet of new additional meeting space. This grand expansion features a new 16,825 square-foot ballroom, the largest on Amelia Island, additional pre-function space, as well as a new Magnolia Garden event lawn that allows organizers to take advantage of Northeast Florida's beautiful outdoor scenery and weather. In order to better serve and accommodate our guests and conference attendees, a parking structure boasts 350 supplementary spaces, offering more ease of self-parking, as well as 70 more valet spots.
Our new Florida conference center will continue to provide advanced communications and computer technology, and a loading dock for ease of setup. This expansion project gives the resort 80,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, the most on the island!
