Holly Wright

Holly Wright, Senior Sales Manager

Holly received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee in English Literature, winning the university’s top writing prize her senior year. She began her career primarily as a national software sales representative, working for two local development companies before making the move into hospitality, where she worked for over six years at a preeminent catering company in Jacksonville.

Holly began working at the Omni Jacksonville Hotel in 2007 as a catering manager.  After five years there, her husband (Executive Chef Greg Wright at the Omni Hotel at CNN Center) was promoted to his current position, and the couple moved to Atlanta, where Holly worked in group sales before joining the wonderful team at Omni Amelia Island Plantation–representing the property that had hosted her own wedding only two years prior.

When she is not sharing beautiful Amelia Island with her clients, Holly enjoys reading and cooking with her husband.

Andrew Lott

Andrew Lott, Director of Sales

Andrew brings a wealth of experience to the resort's sales team, having served in the luxury hotel industry for the past 17 years. All 17 years were spent with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where he developed a keen commitment to service excellence and leadership in multiple disciplines. He has served as Director of Banquets, Meeting and Special Events Manager, and most recently as Group Sales Manager for the Florida and Ohio River Valley markets. His varied experience adds invaluable depth to his leadership of the sales team and his ability to creatively serve and meet clients’ needs. Andrew’s shared passion for Amelia Island, first-class hospitality and veteran leadership combine for much success at the resort.  

Andrew lives on Amelia Island with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, biking, playing tennis, and exploring the island outdoors.

Mike Wagner

Mike Wagner, Senior Sales Manager

Mike started his hospitality career in 1998 with Amelia Island Plantation, where he worked for nearly 10 years in Recreation, Conference Services and for the last seven years in the Conference Sales office. After leaving Amelia Island Plantation, Mike worked for Pinehurst Resort and Ponte Vedra Beach Resorts. In November of 2010 Mike rejoined the sales team at The Villas of Amelia Island Plantation.

When asked what he likes most about the property, he replied, “This is truly a unique resort that offers so much. From beautifully appointed oceanfront guest rooms to golf overlooking the salt water marsh, this property is the perfect mix of business and pleasure. Not only is The Villas of Amelia Island Plantation a perfect setting but it offers a dedicated staff that will tend to your every need.”

Mike enjoys living on the island with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time, Mike enjoys playing golf, reading, cooking and spending time with his family.

Yanick Allison

Yanick Allison, West Coast Sales Manager

Yanick brings more than 16 years of hospitality experience to the sales team. She recently transferred from the all-suite Omni Chicago Hotel on the famous Magnificent Mile, where her position as Group Sales Manager increased her knowledge and experience within the corporate market. Her strengths include her flexibility and personal touches, as well as her willingness to provide exceptional service before and after the program.

Yanick is a proud wife, and mama to Bella, her Lab/Dalmatian mix puppy she rescued from the Humane Society. This Chicagoan is enjoying the weather on the island and the beautiful beaches. In her spare time she enjoys entertaining, shopping and being with her family and friends.

Trent Roffler

Trent W. Roffler, Senior Sales Manager

Trent W. Roffler has 23 years of professional experience in hotel sales and marketing, the last nine years with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting/Journalism from the University of South Florida in 1985. Throughout his hotel sales and marketing career, Trent has been successful with growing relationships and business in the U.S. northeast and mid-Atlantic markets. His expertise continues to be brand awareness, client partnerships, building client base and creatively maximizing marketing opportunities. Trent attentively listens to clients, providing creative, mutually beneficial opportunities then managing and delivering on expectations.

Trent enjoys Green Bay Packer football, Florida State University & University of Wisconsin athletics, golf, tennis, keeping his lawn beautiful and volunteering for Builders Care, a faith-based nonprofit construction ministry. He has resided in Fernandina Beach, FL for 9 years with his wife and two children, Grace, 13, and Brett, 10.

 

Jaime Wilkinson

Jamie Wilkinson, Sales Manager

Jamie joined the Omni Amelia Island Sales Team from Omni Jacksonville in 2013 and has been with the company for over five years. She began her 18 year career with Interstate Hotels in Oklahoma City, OK, working for such brands as Marriott, Wyndham and some independents. Her background in catering and conference services provides a great understanding of a groups' needs and an opportunity to exceed expectations. She enjoys sharing all the resort has to offer as a destination and takes pride in the excitement that guests feel when arriving on property and connecting with the ocean for the first time.

Dorry Taylor

Dorry Taylor, Sales Manager

Dorry graduated with a degree in hospitality and completed her final internship at the Amelia Island Plantation in 2008. She has continued to grow in her career at the resort for the last six years, holding several different management roles including Recreation, Catering and her most current role as the Florida Regional Sales Manager. With strength in multiple areas of the hotel, Dorry provides a well rounded knowledge of all aspects of the resort and strives to customize each program specifically to each groups' program objectives. 

After growing up in Missouri, Dorry now considers Amelia Island her home. Dorry and her husband enjoy the perks of island life and spend their time riding bikes, kayaking, soaking up the sun at the beach and indulging in fresh seafood. Dorry's passion is creating enjoyable experiences and creating lasting memories for friends, family and guests alike.

Allison Rocca

Allison Rocca, Sales Manager

Allison previously worked for the Omni San Francisco Hotel where she held a position as a conference services coordinator before joining Omni's Leader in Development training program. Following completion of the program in August of 2014, Allison joined the Omni Amelia Island Plantation team as a Sales Manager.

She started her hospitality career at a small town Minnesota campground as an assistant front office manager and has since worked at Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton in beautiful destinations including Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe and San Francisco. She has a strong background in food and beverage, guest services, reservations and event planning and prides herself on her creativity and acute attention to detail.

Allison enjoys the Florida sun as well as camping, reading, traveling, going to concerts and crafting.
