The Omni Amelia Island Plantation
Reveals $85 Million Redevelopment

Exterior rendering of updated resort

AMELIA ISLAND, FL – Carefully placed among lush saltwater marshes and scenic, dune-swept beaches, the Omni Amelia Island Plantation was masterfully designed in 1972 as a luxury Florida beach destination in harmony with its natural environment. Beginning a new chapter in its nearly 40-year heritage, the resort is near completion of its $85 million re-imagination.  The lure of stunning ocean sunrises and brilliant marsh sunsets, which has drawn generations of guests, is now beautifully enhanced yet maintains its sense of true Southern hospitality and relaxed luxury.
